Golf Course Irrigation Design

Most golf course design requires we have an aerial photo taken of the course or we can use surveys or course layouts as well. We design golf courses in full color and on 36" X 48" paper. The golf course designs include head placement, lateral, main line piping, along with the electrical requirements for the system. We can also supply the contractor with water requirements and a timetable for the system if needed.

Material Takeoffs

The material takeoffs or quotes are completed by the design staff. After a design is completed a material takeoff can be completed. The quotes include all pipe, wire, controllers, heads, fittings, right down to the flags and Teflon tape needed. We will also quote jobs that are not designed by Central. Simply supply us with the plan and the specifications for the project. The purpose of the quotes is to better aid our contractors in producing competitive prices.

As-Builts, Record Drawings

As-Builts or Record Drawings are completed for the irrigation system in the same manner as the designs. First we just need the computer files for the site. Next all we need is for the contractor to locate all the heads, equipment, and pipe routes. Once complete the plan simply needs to be checked out in the field and the final copies can be sent out.
